Housing & Supported Living Services

We recognise the complexities of each individual's own distinctive needs with a person-centred, therapeutic and holistic approach in working.

We take a holistic approach in working with our service users from initial assessment, to developing the most appropriate support and accommodation plan, at the same time ensuring that their future goals and aspirations can be realised.

We seek to rehabilitate back into the community those who eventually can live on their own. We are also flexible and responsive in our support as we understand that needs can change.

We provide standalone apartments and community homes which enable our staff to support our citizens with a range of mental health, complex needs and learning disabilities. Our person-centred plan enables citizens to be rehabilitated from hospitals and residential homes to live an independent life as possible based on their choices, aspirations and dreams.
